Rim Cutting Inspection

The R&D team sections the rim and inspects the internal and external construction. Samples are checked for fractures, inner wall consistency, reinforcement placement, joint integrity, burrs, irregularities, and dimensional inconsistencies. When needed, controlled heating is used to reveal additional laminate details.

The tested rim showed no defects and met Light Travel’s quality requirements.

For the rider, this verifies that quality is not only cosmetic or surface-level. The inspection confirms that the tested rim’s internal structure matched the intended construction.
